LIVE CLASSES:  Please show up for class. If you can’t make it, please cancel yourself from the roster as soon as you possibly can so that those on the waitlist can take your place. If you fail to self-cancel at least two hours before class starts, you will be charged. Please read all that stuff here. We are renting towels and mats, they’re $2 for non-members. Masks are optional and not required.

BE STREAMING: There is no charge for late-cancels or no-shows for BE Streaming. Everyone registered will receive a link to join the live class one hour prior to class time, and everyone registered will within 12 hours receive a link to the class recording. Recordings are available for viewing for two days.
