Preregistering for classes is not required, and it does not hold your spot in class. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the listed class time if possible. There is no guarantee of admittance if the room has reached capacity or if you are late. Give yourself time to park, settle in and relax, especially if you are new to the studio. We have mats and towels for sale and rent, bottled water and free filtered water if you bring your own reusable container. This class schedule is always updated and correct. Mysore classes, workshops, SUP Yoga, and Men’s Candlelight Nude Yoga are priced separately and marked with an *. Booking is easy through the MINDBODY Connect App. Classes most likely to reach room capacity are: Sunday Noon and 6:00pm, Monday 5:30pm, and Friday 6:00pm and 7:45pm.
