Big Changes for the Mysore Program |
![]() Hi gang! Thank you for reading our very rare newsletter. The biggest news this month is that our Mysore Program, led by Jade Skinner, is becoming a semi-independent entity within The BE. Those of you who have practiced in the Mysore room know that these classes are different from our led group classes. Every morning, Jade is here early and stays long, getting to know each student and providing individualized intruction. The Mysore Program has grown over the past four years, the room is often full now, and it's time to bring our pricing in line with other programs around the world. In short: Mysore will now have its own fee structure and regular BE pricing options will not cover Mysore classes. ![]() Need to Know
Mysore memberships include all regular BE group classes.

![]() In Brief |
![]() In April, our Prenatal class will move to Thursdays at 5:30pm, and will be taught by Jennifer Rose. We heard that the pregnant ladies get tired early in the evening :). The Yogi Gnomes now teach three early-bird Power Hours every week, on M/W/F from 6:30-7:30am. Yes, we do have showers! Parking is not going to get any easier. Please be a respectful and law-abiding driver, arrive early, and always walk, bicycle, skate, or carpool when you can. If you haven't joined our Perkville Rewards program, you're missing out on free goods and services you earn just by coming to class! SUP Season starts in April! Dani Mae and newcomer Denise Highshaw will lead classes out on the beautiful waters of Sunset Beach, every Friday and Sunday morning. Our recent class additions have been pretty popular! Check out Dr. Lance Robbins' Foam Rolling class, and Ashley Smith's Friday Meditation. On Mondays, we added Danielle Collinsworth's Flow Down, Yin with Tiffany Cantrell and Dani Mae, and Half Primary with Lindsay Cross.
