change is the only constant in lifeThe BE's been buzzing these past few months. The completion of our expansion tripled the studio's size, allowing us to add more classes. We've changed the orientation of the rooms, and the check-in procedure. We scored a few excellent new instructors, and we've finally staffed the front desk, evenings and weekends. All of these changes, plus January resolutions, have brought in a lot of new faces. Welcome, everybody! Change can be uncomfortable, but we're rollin' with it. What hasn't changed is our committment to quality instruction, good vibes, and community-building. Our schedule is twice as full as it used to be, but our prices haven't changed. You now have nearly 50 classes a week to choose from. And our workshops and special events run the gamut: whether you're looking to nail handstand, study the Sutras, pratice naked, flow to live music, heal from trauma, change a bad habit, downdog with cats, or get out on the water, The BE has something to offer. We can't thank you guys enough for creating this awesome community. When we have a safe and supportive space for practice, we can challenge ourselves, study ourselves, and love ourselves, and ultimately become more fully-realized and happy human beings. You're contributing to nothing less than making our world a better place. So bring it on, 2017! |
